There will be positions such as industrial technician, blacksmith, warehouse worker, production technician, personnel for administration, and of course apprentices as blacksmith or industrial technician.
We are always interested in receiving applications from experienced and competent skilled machinists/industrial technicians who can operate CNC milling and turning machines as well as 9-axis multitasking machines, preferably with knowledge of MASTERCAM - especially if you are willing to work on evening or night shifts. APPRENTICES
ECM INDUSTRIES A/S doesn't just shape metal, we also shape potential.
For over 45 years, we have been training apprentices, and we consistently hold a strong position at both Herningsholm Business School and Syddansk Erhvervsskole in Vejle and Odense, where we always end up with the most skilled students when the education is completed. When starting an apprenticeship, it's not just about school papers, but about courage, curiosity, and responsibility. We hire INTELLIGENT HANDS.
To strengthen the community and learning opportunities, we have a dedicated apprentice club, LÆRLINGEFABRIKKEN, THE CLUB FOR ECM'S AMAZING APPRENTICES, where we go on an annual trip to visit SKILLS, our partners, suppliers, customers, etc., to learn more about what else is in the periphery of our industry. Whether you're a blacksmith or an industrial technician, these trips are always exciting, ending with a social activity like clay pigeon shooting, go-karting, etc., followed by a restaurant visit where we can digest the day's experiences over good food and drinks.
When you give young people opportunities, they seize them and push the boundaries of our expectations. We see it time and time again, often resulting in nominations for the ML Prize, INSERO Prize, or participation in the Danish and European Championships in SKILLS.
